सामने से आ रहे अज्ञात वाहन को बचाने के प्रयास मे बाइक असंतुलित हो सड़क किनारे खड़ी दीवार से बाइक टकरा गई जिसमें बाइक सवार की मौके पर मौत हो गई । सूचना पर सूरजन नगर पुलिस मौके पर पहुंची । एम्बुलेंस की मदद से तत्काल गंभीर हालत में घायल को सरकारी अस्पताल में भर्ती कराया । चिकित्सको ने युवक को मृतक घोषित कर दिया । मौत की सूचना पर परिजनों रिश्तेदारों में कोहरा मच गया ।
थाना डिलारी क्षेत्र के गांव तुम डिया कला निवासी मोहम्मद इलियास हाल निवासी उत्तराखंड के थाना जसपुर के मोहल्ला चांद मस्जिद निवासी कुछ वर्षों पूर्व बच्चों की पढ़ाई के उद्देश्य से ज सपुर में मकान बनाकर रह रहे थे । सोमवार को 20 वर्षीय बेटा फिरोज आलम अपनी मां शहनाज से यह कहकर निकला था कि वह सुरजन नगर डिग्री कॉलेज में होता हुआ वह ठाकुरद्वारा होता हुआ घर वापस लौटेगा । करीब 2:00 बजे ज सपुर सुरजन नगर मार्ग पर स्थित रामपुर घोगर गांव के निकट सामने से तेज रफ्तार अज्ञात वाहन को बचाने के प्रयास में बाइक असंतुलित हो सड़क खड़े किनारे वनी दीवार से बाइक टकरा गई । जिसमें फिरोज आलम गंभीर रूप से घायल हो गया । आसपास के लोगों ने इसकी सूचना पुलिस चौकी को दी । तत्काल पुलिस ने एंबुलेंस की मदद से गंभीर हालत में युवक को सरकारी अस्पताल ठाकुरद्वारा में भर्ती कराया ।चिकित्सकों उसे मृतक घोषित कर दिया । मौत की सूचना मिलने पर मृतक के परिजनों रिश्तेदारों मे कोहराम मच गया । परिजन रिश्तेदार अस्पताल में पहुंचे । मृतक के पितामोहम्मद इलियास, माता शहनाज छोटा भाई फैजान बहन में अन्य रिश्तेदारों का रोटी भी लगता बुरा हाल था । छोटे भाई फैजान ने बताया कि बीएससी फाइनल करने के बाद ठाकुरद्वारा में सरकारी नौकरी के लिए शॉर्टहैंड कर रहा था । खाली समय में मेरे पिता के साथ मजदूरी करने चला जाता था । वह अभी अविवाहित था। क्राइम इंस्पेक्टर संजय शुक्लाने बताया कि परिजनों नेपीएम करने से इनकार कर दिया । जिस पर परिजन उसे उत्तराखंड जसपुर अपने निजी आवास ले गए ।

अमृत विचार : नगर के सनातन धर्म हिंदू इंटर कॉलेज के शिक्षक अनुज कुमार गुप्ता ने संपूर्ण समाधान दिवस में जिला अधिकारी को शिकायती पत्र दिया। जिसमें उन्होंने कहा कि कॉलेज के ही अंग्रेजी प्रवक्ता ने मिड डे मील और फर्जी टीसी व मिड्डे मिल मे घोटाला किया है जिसकी जांच के लिए शिक्षक ने मुख्यमंत्री पोर्टल पर शिकायत दर्ज कराई थी इसके बाद डीआईओएस ने प्रबंधक और प्रधानाचार्य को 3 दिन के भीतर जांच के आदेश देते हुए रिपोर्ट मांगी थी इसके बाद शिक्षक अनुज गुप्ता को लगा कि जांच ठंडा बस्ते में चली गई है। उसके बाद जिला अधिकारी को शिकायत दर्ज कर जांच को पूर्ण रूप से करने की माग की है। बता दें कि इससे पूर्व कॉलेज के ही प्रधानाचार्य विक्रम सिंह ने 27 अगस्त 2024 को जिला बेसिक शिक्षा अधिकारी को शिकायती पत्र भेजा था। जिसमें भी यही शिकायत थी मगर किसी कारण प्रधानाचार्य ने यह शिकायती पत्र वापस ले लिया था। शिकायतकर्ता ने उक्त प्रकृति निष्पक्षता पूर्वक जांच कराकर कार्यवाही की जाने की मांग की है ।

UPI से पेमेंट लेने पर अब होगी मोटी कमाई, जानें सरकार की नई योजना!
भारत में डिजिटल पेमेंट को बढ़ावा देने के लिए सरकार ने एक बड़ा कदम उठाया है, जिससे अब छोटे दुकानदारों को भी UPI से पेमेंट लेने पर कमाई का मौका मिलेगा। हाल ही में प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी की अध्यक्षता में हुई केंद्रीय कैबिनेट की बैठक में “BHIM-UPI लेनदेन को बढ़ावा देने के लिए प्रोत्साहन योजना” को हरी झंडी दिखाई गई है। यह योजना न केवल आम लोगों के लिए डिजिटल ट्रांजैक्शन को आसान बनाएगी, बल्कि छोटे व्यापारियों को भी आर्थिक रूप से मजबूत करने में मदद करेगी। आइए, इस योजना के बारे में विस्तार से जानते हैं और समझते हैं कि यह कैसे काम करेगी।
यह नई योजना खास तौर पर छोटे दुकानदारों (P2M यानी पर्सन टू मर्चेंट) के लिए बनाई गई है, जो UPI के जरिए पेमेंट स्वीकार करते हैं। सरकार ने इस योजना को वित्तीय वर्ष 2024-25 के लिए लागू करने का फैसला किया है, जो 1 अप्रैल, 2024 से शुरू होगी और 31 मार्च, 2025 तक चलेगी। इस दौरान सरकार इस योजना पर करीब 1,500 करोड़ रुपये खर्च करने की तैयारी कर रही है। इसका मकसद यह है कि ज्यादा से ज्यादा लोग कैशलेस ट्रांजैक्शन की ओर बढ़ें और छोटे व्यापारियों को भी डिजिटल अर्थव्यवस्था का हिस्सा बनने के लिए प्रोत्साहित किया जाए।
अब सवाल यह है कि यह योजना कैसे काम करेगी? केंद्रीय कैबिनेट के फैसले के मुताबिक, यह इंसेंटिव स्कीम सिर्फ 2,000 रुपये तक के UPI लेनदेन पर लागू होगी। यानी अगर कोई ग्राहक किसी छोटे दुकानदार से 2,000 रुपये तक का सामान खरीदता है और BHIM-UPI या किसी अन्य UPI ऐप से पेमेंट करता है, तो दुकानदार को हर ट्रांजैक्शन पर 0.15% की प्रोत्साहन राशि मिलेगी। उदाहरण के लिए, मान लीजिए एक ग्राहक ने 1,000 रुपये का सामान खरीदा और UPI से भुगतान किया, तो दुकानदार को 1.5 रुपये का इंसेंटिव मिलेगा। यह राशि भले ही छोटी लगे, लेकिन रोजाना दर्जनों ट्रांजैक्शन करने वाले दुकानदारों के लिए यह अतिरिक्त कमाई का एक शानदार जरिया बन सकता है।
इस योजना का लाभ सिर्फ दुकानदारों तक सीमित नहीं है। सरकार ने बैंकों को भी प्रोत्साहित करने का फैसला किया है, ताकि वे UPI लेनदेन को बढ़ावा देने में सक्रिय भूमिका निभाएं। इसके तहत बैंकों को उनके दावे की 80% राशि तुरंत मिल जाएगी, जिससे उनकी कार्यक्षमता में भी सुधार होगा। यह कदम न केवल डिजिटल पेमेंट सिस्टम को मजबूत करेगा, बल्कि ग्रामीण और शहरी इलाकों में छोटे व्यापारियों के बीच विश्वास भी बढ़ाएगा।
