रिश्तेदार की अंत्येष्टि कराकर घर लौटते समय तेज रफ्तार ट्रक चालक ने बाइक सवारो को रौद दिया जिसमें बाइक भी बुरी तरह क्षतिग्रस्त हो गई । घटना के बाद भाग रहे ट्रक को पुलिस ने पीछा कर पकड़ लिया । तीनों गंभीर घायलों को तत्काल उपचार के लिए एंबुलेंस की मदद से सरकारी अस्पताल ठाकुरद्वारा में भर्ती कराया गया । चिकित्सकों ने 40 वर्षीय सो सिंह को मृतक घोषित कर दिया । मौत की सूचना पर के परिजनों व रिश्तेदारों में कोहराम मच गया । अन्य दो घायलों की प्राथमिक उपचार के बाद शिक्षकों ने हालत गंभीर बताते हुए हायर सेंटर रेफर कर दिया । घटना की सूचना पर परिजन भी मौके पर पहुंचे । दोनों घायलों को गंभीर हालत में उत्तराखंड स्थित निजी चिकित्सालय में भर्ती कराया गया । पुलिस ने मृतक के शब को कब्जे में लेकर पोस्टमार्टम के लिए भेज दिया ।

रमनावाला गांव में कई वर्षों से चल रहा है धर्मांतरण करने का विवाद

Moradabad News: कोतवाली क्षेत्र के गांव रमनावाला निवासी अपनी पत्नी में तीन बच्चों के साथ गुरुवार की देर रात्रि कोतवाली में पहुंचा । पुलिस को तहरीर देखकर ईसाई पादरियों अब गांव के धर्मांतरण करने वाले लोगों पर लालच देकर धर्म परिवर्तन का आरोप लगाया है। उसके इनकार करने पर बुधवार की देर रात्रि घर के छप्पर में आग लगा दी । जिस पर तुरंत पानी डालकर आपको बुझा दिया । तभी कुछ लोगों ने उसके उसकी पत्नी के साथ छेड़छाड़ करते हुए बच्चों के साथ भी मारपीट की । इसकी सूचना पीआर पुलिस को दी । सूचना पर पीआरबी पुलिस भी मौके पर पहुंची । ग्राम प्रधान पति रिफाकत चौधरी भी मौके पर पहुंचे । दोनों ने कहा कि कल सवेरे पुलिस को थाने पहुंचकरतहरीर दे देना ।
कोतवाली के ग्राम रमनाववाला मैं धर्मांतरण करने का मामला विश्व हिंदू परिषद बजरंग दल के कार्यकर्ताओं तक भी पहुंचा । जिस पर विश्व हिंदू में बजरंग दल के कार्यकर्ताओं ने पीड़ित से संपर्क कर उसकी पीड़ा को सुना । मिथुन लाल पुत्र रमेश ने गुरुवार को देर रात्रि पुलिस को तहरीर देकर कहा कि गांव में बीते कईवर्षों से उसके पड़ोस में ईसाई पादरी सत्संग करते हैं। उसको 5 लाख रुपये का लालच देकर धर्म परिवर्तन के लिए जबरन दबावबना रहे है उसके द्वारा विरोध करने पर आरोपियों ने घर में घुसकर उसकी पत्नी के साथ छेड़छाड़ की और बच्चों के साथ मारपीट की। उसको परिवार सहित जान से मारने की धमकी दी। उसने पत्नी और बच्चों समेत कोतवाली पहुंचकर ईसाई धर्म का दबाव बनाने के लिए गांव के आधा दर्जन से अधिक लोगों को नाम दर्ज किया है पीड़ित नेआरोपियों के खिलाफ कार्रवाई की मांग की है बताते चलें कि अपना वाला गांव बीते 10 वर्ष से धर्मांतरण कराने के मामले में चर्चित है ।सात आठ महीने पूर्व भी धर्मांतरण कराने के मामले में दो पादरी जेल जा चुके हैं । सूचना मिलने पर विश्व हिंदू परिषद बजरंग दल के जिला विधिक प्रमुख अधिवक्ता साजन शर्मा सह मंत्री पंकज नगर अध्यक्ष लकी चौहान, नगर उपाध्यक्ष अर्जुन सिंह मैं कोतवाली पहुंचकर पीड़ित को न्याय दिलाने आरोपियों के खिलाफ कार्यवाही की मांग की ।
यह मामला संज्ञान में आते ही हिंदू समाज के लोगों मे आक्रोश व्याप्त हो गया । उन्होंने पुलिस प्रशासन से तत्काल कार्रवाई करने में आरोपियों को गिरफ्तार करने की मांग की ।

बिजनौर। जिले के थाना कोतवाली देहात क्षेत्र के मुस्लिम करौंदा गांव में शनिवार को एक खौफनाक घटना घटी। जंगल से निकलकर एक गुलदार अचानक एक घर के अंदर घुस आया, जिससे इलाके में अफरा-तफरी मच गई।
गुलदार के घर में घुसते ही घर की महिला ने सूझबूझ दिखाते हुए कमरे का दरवाजा बाहर से बंद कर दिया, जिससे गुलदार अंदर ही कैद हो गया। महिला की इस हिम्मत ने एक बड़ा हादसा होने से टाल दिया।

गुलदार के घर में घुसने की खबर सुनते ही गांव में भारी भीड़ जमा हो गई। लोगों ने दूर से ही वन विभाग की कार्रवाई को देखा और गुलदार के पकड़े जाने के बाद राहत की सांस ली।

इस घटना के बाद आसपास के गांवों में दहशत फैल गई है। ग्रामीणों ने वन विभाग से क्षेत्र में गश्त बढ़ाने और जंगली जानवरों की घुसपैठ रोकने के लिए ठोस कदम उठाने की मांग की है।

Moradabad News: ठाकुरद्वारा मुरादाबाद फोर लाइन के निर्माण के लिए सड़क किनारे पेड़ों को निगम द्वारा कटवाकर चौड़ीकरण कराया जा रहा है बुधवार को सूचना पर वन क्षेत्र अधिकारी गंगवार के नेतृत्व में वन विभाग की टीम ने नाखूनका पौधा शाला के निकट एक ट्रैक्टर ट्राली में फोर लाइन से काटे गए शीशम व यूकोलिपिस के पेड़ ट्रैक्टर ट्राली में चोरी की जाने की सूचना मिली टीम ने मौके पर जाकर ट्रैक्टर ट्राली को पकड़ लिया लेकिन चालक लकड़ी से भरी ट्रैक्टर ट्राली को छोड़कर फरार हो गया।

जिस पर वन विभाग की टीम ने कीमती लकड़ी सहितट्रैक्टर ट्राली जब्त कर ली वन क्षेत्र अधिकारी रवि कुमार गंगवार ने बताया कि वन निगम की लकड़ीठे केदारों द्वारा चोरी की जाने का मामला प्रकाश में आया है जिनके विरुद्ध जांच के बाद मुकदमा पंजीकृत कराकर कार्यवाही की जाएगी।

7th Pay Commission: केंद्रीय कर्मचारियों और पेंशनर्स (central employee and pensioners) के लिए नया साल बहुत ही महत्वपू्र्ण साबित होने वाला है. केंद्र सरकार (central government) की तरफ से डीए में बंपर बढ़ोतरी होने की उम्मीद है, जिससे सैलरी लंबी छलांग लगाएगी. माना जा रहा है कि सरकार डीए (da) में 3 फीसदी तक का इजाफा कर सकती है, जो किसी बड़े तोहफे की तरह होगा. बढ़े हुए डीए की दरें 1 जनवरी 2025 से प्रभावी मानी जाएंगी.

इसका फायदा एक करोड़ से भी अधिक परिवारों को मिलने वाला है. सरकार मार्च-अप्रैल तक डीए (da) में इजाफा कर सकती है. हालांकि, अभी आधिकारिक रूप से किसी ने कुछ नहीं कहा है, लेकिन मीडिया रिपोर्ट्स में इस तरह का दावा किया जा रहा है. डीए से जुड़ी जरूरी बातें कर्मचारी नीचे जान सकते हैं.

डीए बढ़कर हो जाएगा कितने फीसदी?

केंद्र सरकार (central government) की तरफ से डीए में 3 फीसदी का इजाफा किया गया तो यह बढ़कर 56 प्रतिशत तक हो जाएगा. इससे कर्मचारियों को सैलरी में बंपर फायदा मिलने वाला है. वैसे भी अक्टूबर 2024 तक AICPI का इंडेक्स 144.5 तक दर्ज किया जा चुका है. इसमें महंगाई भत्ता (da) 55.05% तक पहुंचेगा. अगले दो महीनों, नवंबर और दिसंबर के आंकड़ों के मुताबिक, यह इंडेक्स 145.3 तक पहुंचने की संभावना है.

वहीं, जनवरी 2025 में DA 56 फीसदी तक पहुंचने का रास्ता बिल्कुल साफ होने की संभावना है. वहीं, डीए में 3% की बढ़ोतरी का मतलब है कि कर्मचारियों की सैलरी में सीधा लाभ देखने को मिलेगा. वहीं, किसी कर्मचारी की बेसिक सैलरी 16,000 है, तो मौजूदा 53% DA के हिसाब से उन्हें साल भर में 8,480 अतिरिक्त मिलते हैं. अगली बढ़ोतरी दरों को 1 जनवरी से लागू किया जाना है, जो किसी सुनहरे ऑफर की तरह होने वाला है.

8th Pay Commission पर क्या होगा?

अब सभी कर्मचारियों को 8th Pay Commission के गठन का बड़ी ही बेसब्री से इंतजार है. माना जा रहा है कि सरकार 8वें वेतन आयोग का गठन का ऐलान जल्द कर सकती है. चर्चा तो यहां तक कि सरकार 1 फरवरी को पेश होने वाले पूर्ण बजट में यह बड़ी सौगात दी जा सकती है, जो किसी बड़े तोहफे की तरह होगी.

हालांकि, सरकार ने अभी इस पर पत्ते नहीं खोले हैं. अगर 8वें वेतन आयोग का गठन किया तो फिर साल 2026 में इसे लागू किया जाएगा. इससे फिटमेंट फैक्टर बढ़ेगा और सैलरी भी काफी अधिक हो जाएी. सरकार के खजाने पर बड़ा असर पड़ने की संभावना है.

सशक्तिकरण की सकारात्मक सोच को आगे बढ़ाते हुए प्रधानमंत्री नरेन्द्र मोदी अब बीमा सखी योजना से महिलाओं को आत्मनिर्भर बनाएंगे। भारतीय जनता पार्टी ने जिस तरह महिलाओं को आत्मनिर्भर बनाने के लिए कदम उठाए हैं, उससे देशभर में महिलाओं के जीवन में सकारात्मक बदलाव देखने को मिल रहे हैं। पानीपत के सेक्टर 13-17 में होने वाले कार्यक्रम का नाम ‘चलो बहनों मोदी जी से मिलने’ रखा गया है और इसमें करीब 50 हजार महिलाएं प्रधानमंत्री नरेन्द्र मोदी को सुनने आएंगी। इससे स्पष्ट है कि बेटी बचाओ-बेटी पढ़ाओ की तरह बीमा सखी योजना से भी देश की महिलाओं के लिए नए युग का सूत्रपात होगा। 

देश में अपनी तरह की पहली योजना होगी, जिससे महिलाओं को घर बैठे आमदनी का साधन मिलेगी। एलआईसी ऐजेंट के रूप में महिलाएं काम करेंगी और सरकार की तरफ से भी वेतन के रूप में रुपये दिए जाएंगे, प्रोत्साहन राशी और बीमा पॉलिसी का कमीशन अलग से मिलेगा। 9 दिसंबर के बाद मिलाकर महिलाओं का जीवन खुशियों से और ज्यादा खिलखिलाने वाला है।

प्रधानमंत्री नरेन्द्र मोदी के मंच के अलावा दो और अलग-अलग मंच बनाए जा रहे हैं। एक मंच पर 100 से ज्यादा वीवीआईपी और वीआईपी के बैठने की व्यवस्था की गई है। इसके साथ ही सांस्कृतिक कार्यक्रमों के लिए एक और मंच तैयार किया गया है। 200 सोफे भी विशेष अतिथियों लिए तैयार रहेंगे। यही नहीं बीमा सखी योजना के तहत जिन महिलाओं का चयन कार्यक्रम के लिए किया गया है, उन्हें प्रधानमंत्री नरेन्द्र मोदी के कार्यक्रम में सबसे आगे बैठाया जाएगा। कार्यक्रम में एंट्री के लिए विभिन्न अधिकृत पास जारी किए जाएंगे, जिसके माध्यम से कार्यक्रम में एंट्री होगी। कार्यक्रम स्थल और 28 ब्लॉक बनाए गए हैं। मीडिया के लिए मीडिया सेंटर और मीडिया गैलरी भी होगी। 

भाजपा महामंत्री अर्चना गुप्ता लगातार कर रही बैठक

भारतीय जनता पार्टी की महामंत्री डॉ. अर्चना गुप्ता कार्यक्रम को सफल बनाने में कोई कसर नहीं छोड़ रही। लगातार हरियाणा के अलग-अलग जिलों में पहुंचकर सेल्फ हेल्प ग्रुप और महिलाओं के जुड़े संगठनों के साथ बैठक कर रही हैं। सरकारी की योजनाओं की लाभ लेने वाली महिलाओं के साथ-साथ हर वर्ग की महिलाओं को 9 दिसंबर को पानीपत में लाया जाएगा। इसके लिए डॉ. अर्चना गुप्ता कार्यकर्ताओं के साथ जोरशोर से तैयारी में जुटी हुई हैं। बता दें कि हरियाणा में प्रधानमंत्री नरेन्द्र मोदी के सामने महिलाओं का यह सबसे बड़ा कार्यक्रम होगा। 

ऐसे समझें योजना

इस योजना के तहत, महिलाओं को भारतीय जीवन बीमा निगम (एलआईसी) का एजेंट बनाया जाएगा और उन्हें बीमा से संबंधित प्रशिक्षण प्रदान किया जाएगा। प्रशिक्षण के बाद, महिलाएं अपने आसपास के लोगों का बीमा करके अपनी आय अर्जित कर सकेंगी। इसके साथ ही, महिलाओं को हर महीने निश्चित वेतन भी दिया जाएगा। पहले साल बीमा सखियों को 7,000 प्रति माह, दूसरे साल 6,000 रुपये और तीसरे साल 5,000 रुपये प्रति माह सरकार की ओर से दिए जाएंगे। 

 हर महीने 2,100 रुपये की अतिरिक्त प्रोत्साहन राशि भी दी जाएगी। महिलाओं को बीमा पॉलिसी बेचने पर अतिरिक्त कमीशन मिलेगा, जो उनकी आय को और बढ़ाएगा। योजना के पहले चरण में लगभग 35,000 महिलाएं शामिल की जाएंगी।

Lucknow: UP New District Name : यूपी के प्रयागराज में महाकुंभ के आयोजन की तैयारी जोरशोर से चल रही है। इस आयोजन से पहले योगी सरकार ने बड़ा ऐलान किया। शासन ने प्रयागराज के महाकुंभ मेला क्षेत्र को अलग जनपद घोषित कर दिया, जिसका नाम महाकुंभ मेला जिला रखा गया। नए जिले को लेकर डीएम ने देर रात नोटिफिकेशन भी जारी कर दिया। 

यूपी में एक और जनपद बढ़ गया। अब 75 नहीं 76 जिले हो गए। पुरानी परंपरा है कि कुंभ और अर्ध कुंभ के समय नए जनपद का नोटिफिकेशन जारी किया जाता है। इसी के तहत प्रयागराज के जिलाधिकारी रविंद्र कुमार मांदड़ ने आदेश जारी किया। इस महाकुंभ जनपद में चार तहसील सदर, सोरांव, फूलपुर और करछना के कुल 67 ग्राम शामिल किए गए हैं। साथ ही पूरा परेड एरिया भी महाकुंभ मेला जिले में शामिल है।

विजय किरन आनंद को मिली नए जिले की कमान

विजय किरन आनंद को महाकुंभ मेला जिले की जिम्मेदारी सौंपी गई, जो इस जनपद के कलेक्टर मेलाधिकारी होंगे। वे सभी प्रकार के केसों में एक कलेक्टर की तरह सारे अधिकारों का उपयोग करेंगे। इस नोटिफिकेशन में उन्हें सभी पॉवर दिए गए हैं। आपको बता दें कि प्रयागराज में 13 जनवरी से लेकर 26 फरवरी तक महाकुंभ का आयोजन होगा। इस कार्यक्रम के कुछ दिनों बाद तक अस्तित्व में महाकुंभ मेला जनपद रहेगा।

चार तहसीलों से बना नया जनपद

प्रयागराज में महाकुंभ के वक्त नए जनपद का ऐलान किया जाता है। इसके पीछे मेले में भारी संख्या में जुटने वाली श्रद्धालुओं की भीड़ है, जहां एक पूरा शहर बसाया जाता है। ऐसे में प्रयागराज की चार तहसीलों को अलग करके एक जिला बना दिया जाता है।

जींद : बाल विवाह निषेध अधिकारी कार्यालय टीम ने रविवार को बराह खुर्द गांव में एक बालिका को वधू बनने से बचाया। टीम ने बाल विवाह की सूचना पर तत्परता से कार्रवाई करते हुए नाबालिग की शादी को रुकवाया और साथ ही परिजनों को विवाह न करने के लिए चेताया। इसके अलावा बाल विवाह अधिनियम की जानकारी भी दी। जिस पर परिजनों ने आश्वासन दिया कि अब वह बालिग होने पर ही विवाह करेंगे। 

बाल विवाह निषेध अधिकारी सुनीता को सूचना मिली थी कि बराह खुर्द गांव में एक नाबालिग लड़की की शादी करवाई जा रही है और बारात करनाल जिले के शांपली से आई हुई है। इस पर कार्रवाई करते हुए सहायक बाल विवाह निषेध अधिकारी रवि लोहान, महिला सिपाही आरती,  नीलम, सिपाही सुरेंद्र, प्रवीण के साथ मौके पर पहुंचे। टीम द्वारा लड़की के परिवार वालों से लड़की के जन्म से संबंधित कागजात मांगे तो परिजनों ने पहले तो टालमटोल करने की कोशिश की और शादी न होने की बात कही.

लेकिन जब मौके पर अन्य मौजिज व्यक्तियों को बुलाया गया तो लगभग 2 घंटे के बाद जो सबूत दिखाए गए उनमें लड़की की उम्र मात्र साढ़े 12 वर्ष पाई गई और शादी में आए दूल्हे की उम्र साढ़े 31 वर्ष मिली। दूल्हे व दुल्हन की उम्र में करीब 19 वर्ष का अंतर मिला। इस पर उसके परिजनों द्वारा बताया गया कि लड़की के माता-पिता अनपढ़ हैं और उसकी मां बीमार रहती है और उसे किसी कानून की कोई जानकारी नहीं है। इसलिए वह गलती से ऐसा कर रहे थे। 

इस पर सहायक बाल विवाह निषेध अधिकारी रवि लोहान ने परिजनों को समझाया गया कि आपकी लड़की नाबालिग है, इसलिए आप उसके बालिग होने तक का इंतजार करें ताकि कोई कानूनी अड़चन नहीं आए। इसके बावजूद भी अगर आप नाबालिग लड़की की शादी करते हैं तो आप सभी के खिलाफ भी कानूनी कार्रवाई की जाएगी। इस पर परिवार सहमत हो गया तथा शादी को स्थगित कर दिया गया और परिवार द्वारा महिला संरक्षण एवं बाल विवाह निषेध विभाग के अधिकारियों को लिखित बयान दिए कि वह कानून की पालना करेंगे तथा लड़की के बालिग होने पर ही उसकी शादी करेंगे। इस मौके पर एम.डी.डी. आफ इंडिया के जिला समन्वयक नरेंद्र शर्मा और सामुदायिक सामाजिक कार्यकर्त्ता रमन भी मौजूद रहे।
